According to eyewitness reports, Santa's sled is causing terrible damage to select roofs throughout the metro area. It is currently unknown whether these horrific roofs are associated with naughty or niceness. One eyewitness, local Norman resident Korey McMahon, reported seeing the sled first hand as it scraped across the neighbor's roof, causing shingles to fall to the ground.
"I was awestruck," McMahon said. "I could not believe the extent of the damage caused to the roofs in the middle of the night, where not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse!"
Santa was unreachable for comment, as he is currently flying over Russia and has a limited number of world minutes. Thankfully, Metro Building Services has kindly offered to repair these ruined roofs at a reasonable fee.
"We really love Santa and the things he does in our community and the world. To show our appreciation, we'd love not just to repair the roofs he scraped, but also repair old run down roofs and put up new roofs for new construction homes and businesses, all at a reasonable fee, of course," Metro Building Services said.
With Metro Building Services as the hero of this story, we would like to wish a Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night!
